ANNOUNCEMENT
I have been recently working an office job, 9/5 this has taken a toll on the time that I have been able to work on art and has made it much harder for me to get things done. I am doing my best, My Patreons have been the most amazing people and I love them so much.

First of all I would like to thank you for your interest in my art. I will always do my best to keep my commissioners happy and do exactly what they desire, i appreciate and consider special all my commissioners.
Limitations: If it is in my Gallery, I will more than likely draw it again. What I absolutely won’t do is anything that has to do with the fallowing; Loli, Cub, Scat, Hate, Illegal Activities. The things I specialize in are; Anthro’s, Ferals, NSFW, SFW, Ref sheets, Tentacle porn, a few fetishes (each fetish will be dealt with on a case by case basis).
A few of the things I don’t draw regularly are Reptiles and Avians, so they take a bit more time than Canines and Felines. I do draw Equines as often as I can but do expect heavy MLP influence.
JBCBlank’s Characters: If at any time you wish to have my characters in a scene with yours, please note that they have their own personalities and likes, I will not draw them doing something they would not be comfortable with or anything that I might find distasteful for them. They are completely free as extra characters, so I am very picky as to who I allow them to be seen with.
Note on Comics: Comic’s take a VERY long time for me to finish, if you want more than one page then be ready to wait at least a day per page. Yes the NSFW fee applies to Comic’s as well, that however is not per page.
Note on Ref sheets: Ref sheets take a long time for me to finish, and they are ones that I will bother you the most with, as I desire to show only what it is that you want me to show. A ref sheet is an expression of your fursona, so we need constant communication if you want the ref sheet to be done quickly. Please have everything ready before we start working on the ref sheet, I will not be making thousands of changes just because you think something might look better (especially with the more expensive ref sheets).
The Process: You can choose to send me a note on FA, or an email (commission.JBCBlank@gmail.com), after that we will discuss what it is that you want, once decided you will send me the money and I will start. I DO NOT start without at least half of the payment first. It is first pay, first serve so you will have to wait if I have other paying costumers ahead of you. Once I have finished you will receive the High Rez version as well as an easier to upload watermarked version.

Privacy Policy.
❥ Through this policy we insure the complete confidentiality of your information, via email or otherwise (unless required by law and/or other competent authority)
❥ Your Information will remain confidential, even after the agreement of service has been terminated.
❥ All Conditions specified have to be made, and they shall be followed accordingly, except for a just cause.

I can provide Work in progress images if you desire them, though I am not sure how interesting you will find them.
Uploading
Regarding adding the images to my gallery. Once it is up, it stays up unless taken down by the website on which I upload it. You can ask me to not upload it to begin with, but you must request that before the image is completed.
If at any time you decide that you want me to hold from uploading, I will. And when you say I can, I will and it will stay up.
Terms of Service

Payments :
❥ Every sale, payment, auction, etc. is FINAL. (no ifs, ands or buts)
❥ All payments must be made BEFORE I work starts ( We can work on a payment plan, but the art will be done via payments ).
❥ I accept ONLY Paypal.
❥ If you have a deadline for the order you want, Let me know before hand a Rush fee will be issued.
❥ By sending in a payment, you automatically accept the terms of services.
❥ By ordering, You understand that your commission may not be on the immediate Queue for there may be other commissions that I must get done, prior to yours, or a variety of circumstances may come up that will not allow me to put my intimidate attention on your commission, it should also be noted that commissions are not worked on the following days-Friday, Saturday, Sunday- with possible exceptions.
❥ Commissioning does not give you any right to insult/Troll/be rude towards me or any other commissioner, my friends, etc. I will automatically CANCEL your order, send you a full refund and put you on my black-list.
Refunds :
❥ I have the right to refuse service to anyone.
❥ If I decide to cancel your order (for any reason), you will get a 100% refund, unless I have already started in which case you will only get a refund equal to the amount of work I have already done.
❥ If you, as a customer, decide to cancel a paid order, you will get a refund equal to the amount that I have already made on your commission.
❥ NO REFUND will be issued if you violate these terms of service.
Patreon :
❥ Patreons are entitled to art according to their reward tiers.
❥ All Patreon art is first priority.
❥ If a Patreon decides to commission me, they get bumped up on the queue list.
Free art:
❥ No one is entitled to free art from me.
❥ If I do decided to offer free art, no edits will be done to the piece once it has been given.
❥ As it has not been paid for, it will not have my full attention or effort.
❥ As it is free of charge, it will not be priority and will be worked on when I am in the mood or have the chance.
❥ If for any reason I decided to not finish your art piece, you will be notified and given what has been done regardless of stage.
❥ Watermarks on free art pieces will be full black starting from this ToS edit (04/24/2017)
❥ Free art work will not have high rez versions. (Same goes with heavily discounted pieces.)
Order :
❥ Unless otherwise specified, There's are NO deadlines (Art takes time, It's a luxury not a right, you will get it when you get it).
❥ Commissions are finished in the fallowing order; Patreon reward, fully paid commission, Patreon exclusives, partial paid commissions, gifts, free art pieces.
❥ You MUST provide a CLEAR and PRECISE reference of your character(s), or tell me all the details, I am not responsible for any details you have forgotten.
❥ If you provide a Second Life/Imvu/(or any other 3D service type) reference, it is possible that I will not be able to make the exact same model especially if it is a pre-made.
❥ After you approve the detailed sketch, NO EDITS WILL BE MADE I am not responsible for you not check it over.
❥ Once the image is colored and approved, no edits to the markings will be made. Take the time to look over the WIPs I send you. It is not my fault that you do not notice.
❥ You CAN repost the art you've commissioned, but it must include a DIRECT link to the original.
❥ You CAN'T use the art you've commissioned for commercial purpose/reselling/making any profit off of.
Do not post fee :
❥ Unless otherwise specified, I will always post the art on my Patreon and in my galleries.
❥ If for any reason you want the commission to not be posted in any, you must pay the 50% privacy fee.
❥ a privacy fee must be discussed BEFORE the commission is started.
❥ If the desire for privacy is discussed after payment is given. Privacy will not be granted.
